Francis "Frankie" Foster is a minor character in The Geo Team and one of the main characters in Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends. She is the caretaker at her grandmother's home for imaginary friends. In Geo TV, she is a heavy smoker, whose love-life is often visited. She is voiced by voice-acting/singing veteran, Grey DeLisle.
